Philosophy: Great endeavors and ideas need to be nurtured. Only discuss that which matters most to you to the select few that matter most to you. Especially in their infant stages, these goals will be trivialized, under interpreted and deflated by mere acquaintances. Avoid undercutting the potential and value of your affairs by practicing self-restraint. Let your plans simmer and develop before being paraded, so to spare their spirit and zeal.
Insight: "Once upon a time, as another fork in my career path presented itself, I eagerly developed an exciting business venture to create a mobile gym to train clients and promote brands at adventurous locations. As the business model and particulars came into fruition, I was eager to share my grand idea with almost anyone I came into contact with. The more I shared, the less brilliant and precious my idea became. My fervor diminished with each doubter and became less realistic as each shortfall was exposed and magnified. Ultimately, filled with reluctance and skepticism, I lacked the support and courage to launch."
