Philosophy

: Through good times and bad, take stock of that which is in your power, then take action. Regardless of people and events going on around you, make the most of circumstances you can control and let the rest play out.

Insight: "I worked a hospitality management role for about one year. For various reasons, I began to despise the company and employees about halfway through. The company culture and environment, I could not control. However, maintaining my integrity and resourcefulness remained in my power. So I executed my duties diligently and gained experience while seeking out other opportunity. Although unhappy, perseverance ultimately led me to a more satisfying career path."
